The hotel is pretty new, and everything seemed to function well. The location was very decent. While not on a beach, one could easily access the restaurant and shops in Papeete. The pool area was very relaxing.
There was quite a lot of traffic noise, and the hotel is on a main street, so traffic noise was relatively constant. If I stayed again, I would request a room facing away from Avenue Prince Hinoi.

Really great service, I truly enjoyed local food.
The room was brand-new and with iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment at your disposal, superb view of the mountains and pool view. A bathtub in the separate bathroom was a plus...

The ability to leave luggage after checkout. The ability to stay and shower, and use the pool area after checkout at the hotel with no charge. Wonderful, helpful staff. What a nice experience, unlike other hotels.
The elevator system . had trouble with the elevator keycard system

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful Free WiFi is great - even better if it was available in the guest rooms
The card key access for the lift is a good idea, but does not work very easily

The hotel is in a good location close to the town, docks and roulettes. It is clean and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is a good place for a stopover in Papeete.
We stayed on two occasions in a standard room and a junior suite. The standard room was fine. The suite was a bit noisy at night (it was a saturday and there was a lot of noise outside). The bathroom in the suite was poorly designed and difficult to use.

Decor. Good aircon. Good food in the restaurant. Lovely ambience
One of two aircon controllers needed batteries and did not work. Only one controller for two tv'S. However neither caused a problem. Excellent hotel.

great spots for walking and easy dining nearby
I loved how close we were to Place Vai'ete and the lively food trucks on the waterfront were great. The staff were friendly and ensured our luggage was safe while we enjoyed the rooftop pool before our late departure.

The property was nicely appointed with pretty friendly and amazingly friendly staff at the reception desk, I enjoyed the stay. The location in a shopping area was good and there were a local market and a main market nearby. Dined at Restaurant le Sully, it was not too far from the venue.

The location is great for a quick stop before
Our flight. The hotel was convenient and very clean, but only two of the three rooms had functional air conditioning, disappointing. The pool area was excellent for kids. It met our needs for that night.

The location was excellent for getting out into the town. Even though our flight wasn't until midnight the staff were very happy for us to mill around all day and have access to the pool etc.
the room wasn't ready until an hour after check in. Upon getting into that room it was a twin and not a double as booked. It then took a further hour for the correct room to be ready. WiFi was only available in the lobby. when having a shower water spilled into the main bathroom and did not drain quickly. Upon talking to other guests this was not a limited problem to just our room but all the rooms in general. There was no full length mirror in the bedroom. Whist being entertaining to watch the aqua gym making the pool unusable for an hour and a half both in the evening and in the morning was an annoyance. Also it is very dark with poor lighting throughout.
